Govt. releases salary of DRDA employees

nabam tukijITANAGAR, May 18: The State Government has released three month's salary of the DRDA employees. Chief Minister Nabam Tuki has approved the release of Rs. 718.86 lakhs for the last three months salary from January to March, 2015 after a meeting with the Chief Secretary, Commissioner and Director of Rural Development Department at the former's office chamber here today.

Relief material from Arunachal reaches Nepal

nepalITANAGAR, May 10: Relief materials provided by the govt of Arunachal Pradesh have reached Nepalese authorities at Kagarbitta today. Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki had committed to provide one thousand tents to the earthquake ravaged Nepal.
Truck loaded with tents was received by Rohit Raj Pokharel, Assistant Chief District Officer, Jhapa for the earthquake victims on behalf of the Nepal govt.
