Governor, CM congrats Ranphoa Ngowa

ngowaITANAGAR, Jul 05: Governor of Arunachal Pradesh JP Rajkhowa and Chief Minister Nabam Tuki congratulated Ranphoa Ngowa for cracking the prestigious UPSC examination-2014. He was the lone candidate from the state this year to achieve the feat.


“Ngowa has made all Arunachalees proud by his achievement”, said the Governor in his message.
Rajkhowa expressed the hope that his success will motivate and inspire many more youths from Arunachal Pradesh to compete in the combine civil services examination in the years to come.


The Governor wished him for a bright career and hoped he will serve the nation as a public servant with utmost dedication and commitment.


Rajkhowa also congratulated Ngowa’s parents, guardians and people of Tirap for the success.


In his appreciation letter, the CM wrote “You have done it !”. “I was elated by the news of you cracking the prestigious UPSC examination.” “Going by your track record, I was personally very confident that you would overcome this elite civil services examination - 2014 with flying colours. And by securing all India rank of 1191, you have proved me right”, the CM said.


While congratulating Ngowa on behalf of the state government and on his own behalf, Tuki termed the achievement as a result of sincere effort and hard work.


“You have already become a role model for the youth of the state to emulate and I am sure, you will continue to put your best foot forward and bring many more laurels to our tribal State. We are proud of you!”, the letter further read.
