Tuki Inaugurates Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess in Naharlagun

TUKI AIRFeb 25, Naharlagun: Chief Minister Nabam Tuki inaugurated Franklinn Institute of Air Hostess in Takar complex at Naharlagun. This is the first Air Hostess training institute in the State.

Arunachal depends on Centre for most of its needs: Tuki

nabammmmITANAGAR, Feb 17: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki today said the state was not financially sound as for most of its needs it has to rely on the Centre, which in turn leads to insufficient provision of funds from the government.

52nd General Council Meeting of NCERT

New Delhi, Feb 3: The 52nd General Council Meeting of NCERT was held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi today which was chaired by Union Minister HRD Smriti Irani. The meeting was attended by Education Ministers and Secretaries of other states/UTs and other member of the General Council including Education Minister Tapang Taloh.

Pasighat, Balijan and Tezu are being considered for AIIMS

Cm-tuki-RGUITANAGAR, Jan 30: Chief Minister Nabam Tuki today informed the state assembly that Pasighat, Balijan and Tezu is being considered as proposed site for establishing the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in the state. Responding to the question raised by BJP MLA Tumke Bagra, whether Basar or Aalo will get AIIMS, Tuki stated these three locations were selected keeping in mind the air connectivity these places will have in the future.

Web-based education programme launched

BRO to recruit 1000 engineers from Arunachal

arunachal-map--3-3-302ITANAGAR, Jan 20: Border Road Organization (BRO) would soon recruit engineers from Arunachal Pradesh for projects undertaken in the state. Around 1000 engineers would be recruited through campus selection process where specific preference would be given to local Arunachal youths or unemployed engineers who have already completed their degree.
