Rs 400 Crore PMGSY project approved by Central Government
Ministry of Rural Development accepted Arunachal Government’s proposal worth Rs 400 crores for a 421 km long project under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. This amount was sanctioned keeping in view the execution of projects in the state and the pace of ongoing works

3111 additional houses sponsored for Puroik Community
CM Tuki’s concerted efforts to improve housing facilities for socially backward communities fared very well as the Union Ministry of Rural Development authorized 3111 additional houses for the ethnic Puroik community in Arunachal Pradesh. These include 780 houses in East Kameng, 331 in Papum Pare and 2000 houses in Kurung Kumey districts under the Indira Awaas Yojana for the year 2013-2014, which is much above the usual allocation to the state

Union Minister for Urban Development approves the construction of Itanagar bypass road
On the request of CM Tuki, Kamal Nath, Union Minister for Urban development approved the construction of bypass in Itanagar

Government approves revised city development plan in principle
 Arunachal government approved in-essence the revised city development plan for Itanagar (capital complex) .


Based on the original city development plan for Itanagar conceptualized with objectives of planned growth and accelerated development of the capital complex, it covers varied sectors including socio-economic development, traffic and transportation, water supply, sewerage & sanitation, environment etc.

Meeting with Union Minister of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (HUPA)
 Responding to the call of CM Tuki, Union Minister of HUPA Dr Vyas has promised to increase schemes for Arunachal Pradesh for the current financial year and to accelerate the release of funds for ongoing schemes

Development oriented AOP 2013-14 approved 
The State Planning Board approved a pro - people and growth oriented AOP with an overall plan allocation for Rs 3700 Crore for 2013-14, marking a 23% increase over revised outlay for the previous year. Timely approval of this AOP is believed to pave the way for timely execution of projects, fastening the pace of development

Approval granted for 4 laning road from Itanagar to Banderwa
In response to his constant persuasion, CM Tuki was granted permission for 4 laning road from Itanagar to Banderwa and 2 laning road from Itanagar to Jote by MoRTH
